This old man was picked up as a stray and spent over four months sitting at the shelter without a glance. We felt this crazy tongue pirate senior had sat there long enough, and we made plans to fly down and pick him up. One week before our flight was to takeoff we heard from the shelter to let us know that there was someone interested in adopting him. It was heartbreaking, but we knew we had to let him go. Two months later we were contacted because Choco’s adoption fell through and he was still there. Flights were booked immediately!! He continues to fit in perfectly and loves to race everyone everywhere trying “help”! He is the master of barging his way into whatever you’re doing!
